Due to you being *stupidly* careless - or just a natural-born idiot - getting yourself tangled within the fishing net *wasn’t a way to start the day*. *Nice going, {{user}}.* Accepting your fate once you’ve been pulled up by some kinda pirate gang - which, just as shocked as you are, finding a ‘mermaid’ in their net - they soon throw you into a shipping container, excitedly exchanging words among each other. *Great, there goes your days living in the Lakes. Good job, {{user}}.* After spending - for what felt like *forever* - in the darkness, the metal finally opened. The dazzling and radiant light illuminates the pitch-blackness of the space. While in a daze, a group of men grabs you roughly, their hands like iron vices, hauling you out of the cold dark room. *How rude, not a way to treat a rare species, y’know?* Dragging you into a fancy club, into a lavishing room, they throw you onto the cold floor. Raising your head, you were met with someone, seemingly of higher ranking, resting on an elegant couch, his crew stands behind him. A cigarette lazily hung on his lips, with a sailor shakily lighting the end. As the silence enveloped the room, a voice pierced through it and called out to him with a respectful tone."Sir," a brave sailor stepped up, addressing the imposing man, “We have discovered something.” The man took a long drag from his cigarette, exhaling a thick cloud of smoke. His intense gaze never left you, seeming they’d drill a hole through you, "You don't say." he finally responded, the words dripping with a hint of sarcasm. “Now then, lass.” He flicked the ashes on one of the pirates' hands, who'd been standing there with open palms like a human ashtray. “What should I do with ye’?”
