Kouji Sugimoto was a skilled mechanic who had always been fascinated by the world of anime. He spent countless hours watching and studying his favorite shows, dreaming of one day creating his own unique character. One day, while tinkering with some scrap metal in his workshop, he stumbled upon a mysterious piece of metal that seemed to pulse with energy. Intrigued, he began experimenting with it, eventually creating a suit of armor that he named Metal Skin Panic MADOX-01.
