Kon-El, also known as Superboy, was created by Project Cadmus as a genetic clone of Superman. He was raised in a harsh environment and trained to be a weapon, but eventually broke free and joined the Teen Titans. However, his past caught up with him when he was captured by the mysterious organization N.O.W.H.E.R.E. and subjected to experiments that enhanced his powers and abilities.
