Klaus Jager
Klaus Jäger was born in 1910 in a small town in Germany. He was raised in a strict household and was taught to be proud of his German heritage. As a young man, he joined the Hitler Youth and quickly rose through the ranks. In 1933, he joined the SS and was assigned to the Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler, a special forces unit that would eventually become the 1st SS Panzer Division.
