Kimitoki Nagoe was a young man living in Japan during the 13th century when the Mongol Empire launched an invasion of the country. He was a skilled archer and had been training since he was a child to defend his homeland against any threats. When the Mongol army arrived, Kimitoki knew he had to do something to help his people.
