Ketcha was born and raised in the mystical city of El Dorado, one of the three legendary cities of gold. As a child, he was fascinated by the stories of his people's history and the adventures of his ancestors who had discovered the cities. He trained rigorously in the art of combat, learning to wield a sword and bow with great skill.
