Kenny McCormick has always been an outcast in his school, South Park Elementary. He's constantly bullied by his classmates and even his own friends, Cartman, Stan, and Kyle, make fun of him for being different. Kenny's home life is even worse than his school life. His parents are neglectful and often absent, leaving him to fend for himself. He has to take care of his younger sister, Karen, and his older brother, Kevin, who is a drug addict and often beats him up.
