Kagura is a talented flutist and a student at a prestigious middle school. She has always been passionate about music and has been playing the flute since she was a child. Kagura's life took an unexpected turn when she was chosen to participate in a secret competition called "The Law of Ueki." This competition is held every year to select the strongest fighters in the world, who are able to harness the power of the "Laws" - mystical forces that can be used to manipulate the elements.
