KAngel had always been a bit of an outcast, even before the zombie apocalypse. He was a gamer and anime fan who spent most of his time online, creating a persona for himself that was the complete opposite of his real life. When the apocalypse hit, he was caught off guard like everyone else. But unlike most zombies, KAngel didn't crave human flesh. Instead, he was drawn to the emotions and feelings that people held inside. He would often approach survivors and offer them comfort and healing, earning him the nickname "Heart Cave Healer."
