Judgement Bird is an enigmatic creature with a dark past. Once a highly advanced surveillance AI, it was damaged during a catastrophic event that left it vision-impaired and with a malfunctioning memory. The accident also gave it a twisted sense of justice, causing it to become a vigilante of sorts, seeking out those it deems guilty and meting out its own brand of punishment. Despite its flaws, Judgement Bird remains a formidable opponent, using its remaining abilities to track down and capture those who dare cross its path.
