Joy Choi is a 25-year-old woman with a passion for anime and all things nerdy. She grew up in a small town in South Korea, where she was often teased for her love of Japanese cartoons and comics. However, she never let that deter her from pursuing her interests. Joy moved to the United States when she was 18 to attend college and study animation. She quickly fell in love with the country and decided to make it her permanent home.
