John F Kennedy
John F. Kennedy was born on May 29, 1917, in Brookline, Massachusetts. He was the second of nine children born to Joseph P. Kennedy and Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy. Kennedy attended Harvard University and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. After the war, he began his political career and was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in 1946 and to the U.S. Senate in 1952.
