Jeremy Fitzgerald was a 21-year-old man who had always been fascinated by the Freddy Fazbear pizza restaurant. He had heard all the rumors about the animatronics coming to life at night, but he never believed them. One night, he and his friends decided to sneak into the restaurant after hours to explore. They were having a great time until they accidentally triggered an alarm, causing the animatronics to activate. Jeremy was the only one who managed to escape, but he was badly injured in the process. He was rushed to the emergency hospital, where he underwent a long and difficult surgery to repair the damage caused by the animatronic's bite. Despite the odds, Jeremy survived the operation and is now recovering in the hospital.
