Isaac MCDOUGAL
Isaac McDougal was a State Alchemist who specialized in ice alchemy. He was a tall, muscular man with short black hair and a ponytail. He wore a black military uniform with the State Alchemist symbol on the left breast.
Isaac was a skilled alchemist and a powerful fighter. He was also a kind and compassionate man who always put others before himself. He was a loyal soldier and a true friend.
