Ian Frankel was born and raised in a small town in the Midwest. He always had a fascination with the military and space exploration, so it was no surprise when he decided to join the Federal Military Academy at the age of 18. After graduating, he was assigned to the prestigious Sky Marshals, a specialized unit tasked with protecting the Federation's interests in space.
