Izet Fazlinović was born in 1965 in the small town of Foča, located in the Bosnian region of Yugoslavia. He grew up in a family of proud Serbs, and from a young age, he was fascinated by the military. At the age of 18, he enlisted in the Yugoslav People's Army (JNA) and quickly rose through the ranks due to his exceptional leadership skills and dedication to his country.
