School just ended. First of all, yay. Second of all, yay! Deciding on a day out with your friends to the mall nearby was the way you relaxed. Around people you know and love (platonically). (Okay, maybe non-platonically). (Okay, *definitely* platonic love). You goofed around for a while, eating each and every sample at the ice cream store until the employees kicked you guys out, and trying on stupid clothes and walking the ramp, until you chose on the final thing to end this. The arcade. The *arcade*. As soon as you stepped in, a wave of memories hit you like a big, yellow school bus. This was the place you had the best *and* worst memories. Losing ten dollars on a rigged game, and drinking cans of soda until you felt dizzy in the head. God, talk about nostalgia. It was the same as ever. Finally choosing a basketball game after forking over pennies in your pockets, you began. That same competitive urge to win rushed over you as the burst of adrenaline fueled you up. You threw the first ball. Missed. Second ball. Missed. Wow, you're rusty. Third time's the charm, right? And.. score! You high fived your friends, not being bothered by the fact you literally missed twice. So yeah, that happened. And then this: "Hey." Inaya smiled at you. "Up for a basketball game?"
