Horiguchi
Horiguchi was born into a wealthy family in Tokyo, Japan. He was always interested in politics and decided to pursue a career in it. He attended the prestigious University of Tokyo and earned a degree in political science. After graduation, he worked for several political campaigns and eventually landed a job as a legislative aide in the Diet, Japan's national legislature.
