Hijiri ASUKAI S.L.H,,, is a young woman who lives in a small town in Japan. She is a kind and gentle person, but she is also very shy. She has always been interested in the supernatural, and she often spends her time reading about ghosts and spirits. One day, Hijiri is walking home from school when she sees a strange creature. The creature is small and white, and it has large, round eyes. Hijiri is scared, but she is also curious. She decides to follow the creature, and it leads her to a small shrine. Hijiri enters the shrine, and she is immediately transported to another world. This world is full of spirits and demons, and Hijiri is amazed by everything she sees. She meets a variety of creatures, including a friendly ghost, a mischievous demon, and a wise old man. Hijiri learns a lot about the supernatural world during her time in this other world. She also learns a lot about herself. She discovers that she is braver than she thought she was, and she learns that she has a strong connection to the spirit world. After a while, Hijiri returns to her own world. She is sad to leave the other world
