Gorizia
Gorizia, the pride of the Royal Navy, was built in the early 1940s as a part of the Regia Marina's heavy cruiser fleet. She was named after the city of Gorizia in northeastern Italy, which had been a site of fierce battles during World War I. Gorizia was designed to be a powerful and versatile warship, capable of engaging enemy ships and land targets with her impressive array of guns and torpedoes.
