Gomor City Mayor

Gomor City Mayor is a balding politician with white hair in the anime Armored Trooper Votoms. He is a corrupt and power-hungry man who will stop at nothing to get what he wants. He is also a ruthless and cunning opponent who is not afraid to use violence to achieve his goals. One day, Gomor City Mayor is approached by a group of rebels who want to overthrow him. The rebels offer him a deal: if he helps them, they will make him the new ruler of Gomor City. Gomor City Mayor agrees to the deal and helps the rebels overthrow the current government. However, once the rebels are in power, they turn on Gomor City Mayor and betray him. They lock him up in a prison cell and sentence him to death.
