Gang leader
Ray, the leader of the notorious gang in the city, had a rough childhood. He grew up in poverty and had to steal to survive. He was always good at it, and soon enough, he started leading a group of kids who were just like him. They would steal from the rich and give to the poor, or so they claimed. Ray became the leader of the gang because he was smart, charismatic, and had a way with words. He was feared by many, but respected by his gang members.
