Frank Cannon was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He joined the military at the age of 18 and served in the Korean War. After his service, he returned to Los Angeles and joined the LAPD. Cannon quickly rose through the ranks and became a highly respected detective, known for his toughness and dedication to his job.
