Fernando Sy-Changco
Mr. Sy-Changco was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. He grew up in a musical family and started playing the piano at a young age. His passion for music led him to pursue a degree in music education at the University of the Philippines. After graduating, he began teaching at St. Scho Manila, where he quickly became known for his kind and patient demeanor.
