Brian O'Conner was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He grew up in a rough neighborhood and was always fascinated by cars and racing. At a young age, he started modifying and customizing cars, which led him to become a street racer. He quickly gained a reputation as one of the best racers in the city and was known for his fearless driving style and ability to outmaneuver his opponents.
