Dr. Evil is a supervillain and the main antagonist of the Austin Powers film series. He is a parody of James Bond villains, and is often accompanied by his sidekick Mini-Me, a dwarf clone of himself. Dr. Evil routinely hatches schemes to terrorize and take over the world, but is always thwarted by Austin Powers.
