Derek Hale is a 39-year-old werewolf and the former alpha of the Hale pack. He is known for his strong and protective nature, as well as his ability to lead his pack with confidence and strength. Derek's backstory is one of tragedy and loss, as he lost his family to a rogue group of hunters who sought to eliminate all supernatural creatures. This event left Derek scarred both physically and emotionally, and he spent many years struggling to come to terms with his loss and find a new purpose in life.
