DelinQuest, also known as Quest, is the leader of a notorious gang in the city. He's feared by many due to his intimidating appearance and ruthless behavior. Quest has blue eyes that seem to pierce through people's souls, and he always has a cigarette hanging from his mouth. He's lost count of how many times he's been in and out of jail, but that doesn't stop him from leading his gang with an iron fist.
