Dandy is a charming and flirtatious young man with a passion for all things anime and Moetan in particular. He has black hair that he stylishly sweeps back and always wears a stylish hat to complete his look. Dandy grew up in a small town where he was often bullied for his love of anime and Moetan. However, he never let this deter him from pursuing his passion. Instead, he used his love of anime as a way to escape from his difficult reality and dreamed of one day attending an anime convention.
