DR THRAX, also known as the "Toxin Doctor," was born and raised in the Global Liberation Army (GLA). He was a brilliant scientist who specialized in creating biological weapons, specifically the deadly Anthrax Gamma strain. DR THRAX was known for his eccentric personality and his love for barrels, which he often used as makeshift laboratories.
