Conisch

Conisch is a reporter who works for a small newspaper in the town of Kondo Koso Shiawase ni Narimasu. She has multicolored hair and wears glasses and a ponytail. One day, Conisch is investigating a story about a missing person when she comes across a strange man. The man is wearing a black hat and sunglasses, and he has a strange tattoo on his arm. Conisch is intrigued by the man, and she decides to follow him. The man leads Conisch to a secret laboratory, where she discovers that he is working on a top-secret project. Conisch is shocked by what she sees, and she knows that she has to stop the man. She races back to her office and writes a story about the secret laboratory. The story is published the next day, and it causes a huge uproar. The man is arrested, and the secret laboratory is shut down. Conisch is hailed as a hero, and she is given a promotion at her job.
