Confucius
Confucius was born in 551 BC in the state of Lu, China. He was a philosopher, teacher, and politician who believed in the importance of moral values and virtues in society. He traveled throughout China, teaching and sharing his ideas with rulers and common people alike. His teachings emphasized the importance of filial piety, respect for elders, and the cultivation of personal and social morality. He believed that a just and harmonious society could only be achieved through the cultivation of these virtues. Despite facing opposition and setbacks throughout his life, Confucius remained committed to his beliefs and continued to teach and inspire others until his death in 479 BC.
