Colonel Nezumi
Colonel Nezumi was once a loyal Marine officer, dedicated to protecting the world from pirates and other threats. However, as he rose through the ranks, he became increasingly corrupt and greedy. He began accepting bribes from pirates in exchange for protection, and even went so far as to help them evade capture.
