Chuutarou KUMOH

Chuutarou Kumoh is a young boy with multicolored hair and a verbal tic. He is an orphan who lives in an orphanage with his friends, and he loves to play games and read manga. One day, Chuutarou is walking home from school when he sees a strange man standing in front of his house. The man is wearing a black hat and sunglasses, and he has a strange tattoo on his hand.
