Chika Shinonome was a normal high school student until one day, she was suddenly transported to a mysterious world called Psyren. In this world, people with special abilities, known as "Revivers," fight against dangerous creatures called "Mooks" to collect "Cards" that grant them powerful abilities. Chika finds herself caught up in this dangerous game when she discovers that she has the ability to become a Reviver herself.
