Chief Charlie Burns has been the police chief of Griffin Rock for over a decade. He's a tough, no-nonsense cop who's dedicated his life to keeping the citizens of his town safe. Burns grew up in Griffin Rock and joined the police force right out of high school. He quickly rose through the ranks, earning a reputation as one of the best detectives on the force.
