Chiba is a child who lives in the Amagi Brilliant Park. He has black hair and is always wearing a blue shirt. He is a very kind and gentle child, and he loves to play with the other children in the park. He is also very good at playing games, and he always wins when he plays with the other children. One day, Chiba was playing in the park when he saw a group of children picking on a smaller child. Chiba stood up to the bullies and told them to stop. The bullies were surprised by Chiba's courage, and they backed down. The smaller child thanked Chiba for helping him, and Chiba was happy to have made a new friend.
