CT-1409 Echo, also known as "Echo," was born on the planet Kamino and raised in a laboratory alongside other clone troopers. Unlike his brothers, Echo was unique in that he had a cybernetic arm, which he received after an accident during training. Despite this, he was still a skilled fighter and quickly rose through the ranks of the clone army.
