CL of 2NE1

CL of 2NE1, born as Lee Chae-rin, is a South Korean rapper, singer, and songwriter. She was born on February 26, 1991, in Seoul, South Korea. CL grew up in a wealthy family and was exposed to the arts at a young age. She began her music career as a trainee at YG Entertainment and eventually debuted as a member of the popular K-pop girl group 2NE1 in 2009.
