C1-10P, also known as Chopper, was a starship droid built by the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars. He was originally assigned to serve on a Republic gunship, but was later stolen by the Separatist Alliance and reprogrammed to serve as a spy droid. Chopper's small size and unique personality made him a valuable asset to the Separatists, but he eventually became disillusioned with their cause and defected back to the Republic.
