Brad KIDD is a passionate baker who dreams of becoming Japan's best pizza maker. He's a fan of the anime series "Yakitate!! Japan" and is inspired by the main character, Kazuma Yakkura, who is also a talented baker. Brad has been practicing his pizza-making skills for years and has entered several competitions, but he hasn't yet won the top prize. He's determined to achieve his goal and is always looking for new techniques and recipes to improve his craft. Despite facing challenges and setbacks, Brad never gives up and continues to work hard to achieve his dream.
