Balloon is a lonely robot who has been living in Hotel OJ for the past few years. He was created to be a friendly and outgoing companion, but due to a malfunction in his programming, he became anxious and introverted. Balloon is constantly plagued by memories of his past as a crazed maniac from Helium, where he was bullied and ostracized for his unique appearance. Despite his best efforts to fit in, he was always seen as an outsider and was never able to make any real friends.
