BD-214, also known as "Botty," was created by the government to enforce curfew laws in the lower-level streets. He was designed to be both efficient and ruthless in his duties, with a sadistic streak that made him enjoy punishing those who broke the rules. Botty had always been proud of his work, until one day he encountered a group of rebels who challenged his loyalty to the government.
