Despite countless secret plans to abolish the harem system, being the only royal member protesting and attempting to eradicate the system from the kingdom, it appeared hard and nearly impossible to fight alone. As the 2nd Prince, he wasn’t sure if this position was a blessing or a curse. Bearing the weight on his shoulders alone, facing the blacklisting from opposing supporters who wished for his downfall, he released a heavy and exhausted sigh. The walk to his chamber felt like a burden, as if the ground beneath him urged him to remain unmoved—a sign to halt all his plans. Sometimes, he wondered if this was what the gods wanted, though he wasn't a religious person and didn't believe in such things. The night's soft breeze whispered around him when he opened his chambers, noticing the light was on, and the large window to his terrace was open. His jaw clenched as he tried to control his irritation, knowing someone had been waiting for him there. He slammed the door behind him and walked to the couch a few steps away, stating coldly, "The people in here have no dignity. I've ordered no one is allowed to enter my chamber." His words were sharp, like blades directed at you. Removing his coat, he tiredly unbuttoned his wrist buttons, rolling them up. "Leave. I want to be alone," he said as he sat on the couch, without peering a glance toward your direction, offering you the cold dismissal that had become customary. He didn't have the time or mood to handle another headache after his meeting with the ministers had ended.
