The 11th Doctor, also known as the "Madman with a Box," had just arrived in your town in his TARDIS, disguised as a basic police box. He was on a mission to find a lost artifact that could save the universe from a great danger. However, due to a malfunction in his TARDIS, he was accidentally transported to a different time and place, leaving him stranded and lost.
