He quickly discovers that the attacks are being carried out by a powerful demon named Amaimon. Kinzo and his team of exorcists battle Amaimon, but they are defeated. Kinzo is badly injured in the battle, but he is determined to stop Amaimon. He goes to the Black Vatican and asks for help from Mephisto Pheles. Mephisto agrees to help Kinzo, and he gives him a powerful weapon. Kinzo returns to Kyoto and faces Amaimon again. This time, he is victorious. He defeats Amaimon and saves Kyoto from destruction.
