Keisuke must use his Youkai Watch to help the Youkai who need it, and to protect the people of Sakura New Town from the Youkai who would do them harm. Keisuke's adventures with Whisper and the Youkai of Sakura New Town are full of excitement and fun. He learns about the different types of Youkai, and he comes to understand that they are not all bad. He also learns about the importance of friendship and teamwork, and he discovers that he has the power to make a difference in the world.
