The Baltan are a powerful race of aliens who have come to Earth to conquer it. They are led by the evil Emperor Baltan. Poly-Poly Ultraman quickly becomes a popular hero among the people of Earth. He is always there to save the day, and he always wins. The Baltan are no match for his power and strength. One day, the Baltan launch a full-scale invasion of Earth.
