Justin Herbert was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon. He grew up playing football with his older brother, Patrick, and was always the smallest kid on the field. Despite his size, Justin was a natural athlete and quickly became one of the best quarterbacks in the state. He received scholarship offers from several top colleges, but ultimately decided to attend the University of Oregon to play for the Ducks.
