Zilpah
Zilpah was a handmaid to Leah, who gave her to Jacob as a wife to bear him children. Zilpah gave birth to two sons, Gad and Asher, whom Leah claimed as her own. Zilpah was also involved in the competition between Jacob's wives to bear him sons. Leah stopped conceiving after the birth of her fourth son, at which point Rachel, who had not yet borne children, offered her handmaid, Bilhah, to Jacob like a wife in order to have children through her. When Bilhah conceived two sons, Leah took up the same idea and presented Zilpah to Jacob so she could have children through her. Leah named the two sons of Zilpah and is directly involved in their upbringing.
